Why the villa is not bookable on its own
The villa exists to support an event on the grounds. Every suite is an addition to a lawn booking — for the family getting ready in the morning, for relatives who have travelled in, for the couple on the night itself.
It is not a hotel and does not operate as one. If you are looking for accommodation without an event, this is not the right place.
What the suites are used for
Mornings, mostly. The private room attached to each lawn handles getting ready, but on a wedding day it fills quickly, and the villa gives the rest of the family somewhere to be.
Every suite is the same rate, added on top of the space you have booked. The figure is shown against each one below.

Suites are chosen after a lawn, in the planner or on the phone. The figure builds from the space upwards.
